We believe that when the meridians are unblocked and the circulation of Qi and blood is smooth, it allows the body to restore its natural healthy state. This process helps to eliminate toxins, free radicals, and excess dampness, turbidity, cold, and evil Qi from the body. By clearing these pathways, it purifies the blood and expels toxins, ultimately relieving muscle fatigue, stiffness, and pain in the neck and shoulders. This helps to address issues related to poor circulation and promotes overall health.

If you are looking for high-quality natural therapies, Herbalance is the place.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage therapy is a treatment oriented therapy which deals with the assessment and treatment of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. It involves the treatment of the muscles, fascia (connective tissue ) , ligaments and tendons which are prone to overuse, overloading, shortening or lengthening and this can produce all kinds of aches , pain and injuries.
Treatment indications
Stimulation to the blood supply allowing toxins in the muscles to be removed, muscular and skeletal dysfunctions often addressed with remedial massage include muscle tightness and pain , arthritis , frozen shoulder , tennis elbow , whiplash neck and back pain and sports injuries.

CUPPING
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts glass cups on your skin for 10~15 minutes. People get it for many purposes , including help with muscle pain , inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
How to do it ?
A flame is used to take oxygen out of a glass cup and create a suction effect when it is applied to the body. Suction cups are placed on various pares of the body or where is chronic pain exists. This creates a vacuum that draws toxins to the surface of the skin.

Attention
Red or black marks are left after cupping these usually disappear after 3~7 days.
RELAXATION MASSAGE
A relaxation massage helps de-stress and loosen up your body and is great for those who have had a hard working week of feel like treating themselves to some tender loving care! The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. It is a pain free way to relax both your muscles and your mind.

The point of acupuncture
Acupuncture works to help maintain your body’s balance. It involves the insertion of very fine needles(disposable needles)into specific points on the body to regulate the flow of “qi”,your body’s vital energy.

How does “qi”effect your body?
For a number of lifestyle and environment reasons,”qi”can become disturbed, depleted or blocked, which can result in symptoms of pain and illness or disease. In certain instances, traditional acupuncture can be an effective therapy to help restore balance and promote physical and emotional harmony.
What does it feel like?
Acupuncture needles are much finer than needles used for injections and blood tests. When the needle is inserted you may feel a tingling sensation or dull ache.

How many sessions will i need?
Frequency and number of sessions depend on your individual condition.Change is usually felt within five or six treatments although occasionally just one or two treatments are sufficient. Some people choose to have regular acupuncture to maintain good health.
Chinese herbal Medicine types?
There are over 8000 herbals and many thousands of classical combinations in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. You may be prescribed herbal treatment usually In the form of herbal teas, pills, powders or creams.Herbal medicine address the root of the problem. The body itself requires time to be restored to balance and heal.
Conditions treated?
Chinese medicine is suitable for all health problems for all patients.

What is Chinese medical test?
T.C.M doctor use classical diagnostic techniques such as tongue and pulse diagnosis.
T.C.M sees the body as an integrated whole. As all parts of the body are linked in obvious or subtle ways, disease may originate locally or in another area of the body caused by an imbalance in the whole system. The principal aim of TCM in treating the whole person is to restore equilibrium between the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the individual.
TCM does not treat specific diseases as such but regards each patient as having a unique pattern of signs and symptoms that constitute a clearly identifiable syndrome or pattern of imbalance. This distinctive diagnostic approach means that each patient is treated on an individual basis.
